What is your booking availability?
We offer our party equipment rentals Monday-Sunday from 10am-4pm. For example, you can rent our packages from 12pm-4pm, 2pm-6pm, or 4pm-8pm. Latest pickup is at 9pm. You must book your event at least 2 weeks in advance.
What areas do you service?
We deliver our equipment without a delivery fee up to a 20 mile radius of the North Dallas area in Dallas, TX. Some areas we deliver to are Frisco, Celina, Prosper.
We may be able to accommodate a further distance for a delivery charge. These area include; McKinney, Aubrey, Little Elm, Plano, etc. If you are unsure if your location is within our delivery terms please contact us.
What is the appropriate age use of our equipments?
We recommend children 5 and under use our equipment.
Do you set up the equipment?
All packages include setup and breakdown by Topple Time Play.
How long can I use the equipment?
All packages include up to 4 hours of equipment use. We will deliver the equipment approximately 1-2 hours prior to the start time and we will pick up the equipment 4 hours after your start time. You have the option to purchase additional hours.
Can I use your equipment outdoors?
Yes, we can set up our equipment outdoors in an area that is dry, flat and level, and cleared of any mess and debris. Grass, concrete, stone, brick, composite, wood, pavement, etc. are okay.
We also ask that you have some sort of shaded covering over the equipment to protect it from sun damage and overheating (during our required season of March 1-September 30). If you do not have any you can rent our canopy as an add-on. This doesn’t apply to our bounce houses.
How do I book?
First, you can use “Contact Us” section to tell us a little about your event. We want to make sure your event date and package are available.
Then you can make your booking online. Select “Book” on our website. You will choose your package, event date, fill out the questions, and pay your deposit. Once your deposit is paid your booking is secured. Your remaining balance is due at least 3 days prior to your event date.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking please do so at least 2 weeks before your event date. In this case, you will receive a full refund minus transactions fees (about 4%). If you have to cancel past the 2 weeks of your event date you will lose your deposit plus any transaction fees.
